Short GP consultations take 8 minutes, long GP consultations take 15 minutes, and complex or chronic condition consultations take 15 minutes.

Via secure video telehealth. You’ll receive a link to join your appointment from any device with internet access.

You’ll receive a GP callback within 1 hour. After a brief consultation, your digital certificate is sent directly to you.

Complete our health questionnaire first. If our service suits your needs, you’ll have a 15-minute consultation with an AHPRA-registered healthcare practitioner to discuss your health concerns.

Yes. Request the same healthcare practitioner for follow-up consultations to ensure continuity of care.

Medical certificates: $16.90 (single day) or $34.90 (multiple days). GP consultations: $64.90 (short, 8 min) or $84.90 (long, 15 min). Complex or chronic condition consultation: $79.90.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and online payment methods. Payment is required at time of booking.

Yes. All consultations are confidential and comply with Australian privacy laws.
